FAQ
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?
Yes we do! Most of our weddings bring us around the Northeast, however we are available for international travel as well!
WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
Our gear consists of professional level Canon bodies and lenses. We also use pro-level external lighting equipment.
HOW MANY HOURS OF COVERAGE WILL WE NEED?
Every wedding is different. The amount of coverage that you need may vary from someone else's needs and that is why we offer different packages with different hours of coverage. With that being said, our preferred package is 10 hours as it gives us the right amount of time time to perfectly capture your wedding day without the feeling of being rushed.
If you feel you need more or less time, we are always open to discussion!
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR FINAL IMAGES?
All weddings & family/event sessions are delivered through an online gallery for easy viewing, sharing with friends + family, downloading, and purchasing prints!. Family & event sessions take about 2 weeks to be processed and weddings can take up to 4 - 6 weeks. If you would like to see a complete engagement or wedding gallery, just mention that when you contact us and we’d be more than happy to share!
DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS OR PRINTED IMAGES?
We love printed goods! We offer albums, prints, canvases, metals, and completely unique wood products. All produced through a professional labs and vendors, which ensures the highest quality materials and accurate colors.
Do you charge a travel fee? For what distance?
We charge a travel fee for events happening 60 miles outside of Albany, NY. The fee is not a flat rate but dependant on the distance needed to travel. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss this further!
Will you be my actual photographer, or will it be one of your associates?
All of our weddings are shot by Sydney & Tony, if we feel that your wedding would require more coverage then we would bring on associate photographers to join us for your day.
HOW DO WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?
